We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Representative to drive the market launch of our new platform. This role requires proven expertise in both B2B sales, along with the ability to build and manage a sales funnel and pipeline effectively. Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and automation is required. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, is comfortable traveling for industry events, and excels at working both independently and collaboratively. You will work closely with the marketing team and CEO to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy, identify our niche in the design industry, and drive adoption of our platform. This is a unique opportunity to shape the growth and positioning of an innovative product in the design world.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively identify and connect with potential clients, including graphic designers, creative directors, and outdoor advertising companies, by leveraging outbound prospecting, strategic networking, and industry events to build strong, long-term relationships. Sales Funnel & Pipeline Management: Develop, manage, and optimize a structured sales process using HubSpot CRM to track leads, opportunities, and conversions.
- B2B Sales Execution: Navigate both business and consumer sales channels to drive revenue growth and establish long-term client relationships.
- Event Representation: Attend and represent Drive Your Art at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry conferences to generate leads and establish brand presence.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement go-to-market strategies, sales enablement materials, and targeted promotional campaigns for new market launches. This includes initiatives such as influencer partnerships, affiliate programs, and other strategic growth initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Client Onboarding & Retention: Ensure smooth onboarding for new users, providing training (if needed) and ongoing support to maximize platform adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Data-Driven Sales Strategy: Analyze sales metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to refine outreach efforts and enhance revenue opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work independently while also collaborating with internal teams to improve the product, refine messaging, and enhance overall sales efforts.
Qualifications & Skills
- 6+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS, e-commerce, marketplaces, software, or technology-driven industries.
- Expertise in sales funnel development and pipeline management, with a strong track record of closing deals.
- Proficiency in HubSpot and another lead sales platform (required)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different customer segments.
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently and take initiative.
- Experience traveling for events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.
- Collaborative mindset, working effectively with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment.
