Pre Litigation Case Management Trainer
We are currently seeking a personable, organized, and detail-oriented individual for an experienced Pre Litigation Case Management Trainer position in our Personal Injury Division. This role is essential in helping our team’s paralegal and attorney navigate clients through all stages of their personal injury cases, from intake to settlement. As with all the roles in our company, we work as a team, and team members may be called upon to assist in other departments as needed.
Responsibilities
• Facilitate engaging and informative training sessions for new hires, focusing on all aspects of pre- litigation personal injury case management, including but not limited to client intake, reporting claims, establishing liability, medical management, medical record review, lien resolution, confirming balances, settlement sheet drafting, and client support.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in navigating and utilizing the case management system, providing guidance and best practices to new hires and team members.
• Develop and administer assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance training programs based on feedback from participants, managers, and stakeholders to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to personal injury case management.
• Provide 1:1 coaching and support to employees, addressing performance gaps and assisting with ongoing skill development.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively using various communication channels and resources (email, chat, video calls, etc.) in a fast-paced, remote training environment.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in pre-litigation personal injury case management.
• 2+ years of experience facilitating training or onboarding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a personable and approachable style.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with case management systems.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Associates Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
