Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Assist attorneys in handling Workers' Compensation cases
🔹 Draft and file legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
🔹 Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
🔹 Maintain case files and track important deadlines
🔹 Support attorneys in preparing for hearings and settlement negotiations

Qualifications:

✔ Prior experience in Workers' Compensation or personal injury law is a plus, but not required
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software preferred
