We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Trainer to join our company. As a Trainer, you will play a critical role in the success of our organization by ensuring that our team members possess the necessary knowledge, skills, and competencies to excel in their roles. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs to new hires and existing employees, enabling them to retrieve records efficiently and accurately in accordance with company guidelines and industry best practices. You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs, create engaging content, and conduct training sessions that align with our business objectives.

- Facilitate engaging and informative training sessions for new hires, focusing on key record retrieval processes, tools, systems, and compliance requirements.
- Deliver ongoing training sessions to existing employees to enhance their skills, reinforce best practices, and introduce new procedures or updates.
- Develop and administer assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to record retrieval to ensure training content remains relevant and aligned with industry standards.
- Provide individual coaching and support to employees, addressing performance gaps and assisting with skill development.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance training programs based on feedback from participants, managers, and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 3 years equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Trainer or Training Specialist, preferably in records management or related industry.
- Exceptional facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and inspire adult learners.
- Proficient in designing and delivering training materials using a variety of methods and technologies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in creating and delivering e-learning modules is a plus.
