The Instructional Designer will be responsible for creating effective learning experiences for professionals. This role will work closely with subject matter experts to design and develop engaging courses that meet education requirements and enhance the overall training experience.
The Instructional Designer will use instructional design methodologies and technologies to create high-quality instructional materials.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop learning objectives, design courses, and create instructional materials.
• Utilize instructional design principles and methodologies to design, develop, and deliver effective and engaging courses.
• Develop and implement assessment strategies to measure learning outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Work with multimedia specialists to develop interactive and engaging learning materials, such as videos, simulations, and e-learning modules.
• Keep up-to-date with instructional design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance learning effectiveness.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize workloads, and meet project deadlines.
• Provide ongoing training and support to Leaders and Trainers to ensure effective use of instructional materials. Instructional Designer
• Maintain records of instructional design projects and associated documentation.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles, theories, and methodologies aligned with adult learning and modern training practices.
• Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other technologies used in legal training and development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
