We are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative whose primary responsibility will be to proactively call our clients to check on how their case went or how it is currently progressing. Once the representative confirms that the client is satisfied with our services, they will kindly request that the client leave a Google review for our firm.
Key requirements and skills:
  • Excellent spoken English communication skills (clear, confident, and professional)
  • Strong interpersonal and empathetic skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Comfortable being on the phone for most of the workday
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage follow-ups
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive and patient attitude
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, has strong persuasion skills, and understands the importance of client satisfaction and online reputation management through platforms like Google.
